How do I report an incident?

Tap the Post tab, allow camera and GPS access, then tap the record button to capture a live video. Your report is automatically stamped with your location and time.

Can I upload a video from my gallery?

No. Omnividi only allows live recordings to ensure every report is authentic, GPS-verified, and timestamped. Gallery uploads are intentionally blocked to prevent misinformation.

Do I need an account to use Omnividi?

No — guests can browse the map and make up to 3 incident reports for free. Creating a free account unlocks unlimited posting, your personal profile, and full community features.

How do I sign in with Apple or Google?

On the Login or Sign Up screen, tap the Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google button. These options are available on iOS devices.

Why is the map not showing my location?

Make sure you have granted Omnividi location permissions. Go to your device Settings → Omnividi → Location → and select "While Using the App" or "Always".

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email us at chigbugeorge7@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 7 days.

Is my data private?

Yes. We only collect data necessary to operate the app. Your location is only used for incident reporting and the safety map. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I report abusive content?

Tap the report flag on any incident post, or email us at chigbugeorge7@gmail.com with the incident details and we'll review it promptly.
