• Location data — Your GPS coordinates, collected only when you use the app, to attach location to incident reports and show the safety map.
• Account information — Name and email address when you sign up via email, Google, or Apple.
• Incident reports — Videos, titles, descriptions, and metadata you submit.
• Device information — Basic device type and OS version for crash reporting and compatibility.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and display incident reports on the community safety map.
• To operate your account and authenticate your identity.
• To improve app performance and fix bugs.
• To notify nearby users of relevant safety incidents.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Firebase (Google) — for authentication, database, and storage services.
• Law enforcement — only when required by law or to protect public safety.

4. Location Data

Location is used solely to geotag your incident reports and display the safety map. We do not track your location in the background unless you explicitly enable background location for real-time alerts.

5. Video Data

Videos recorded in the app are uploaded to secure cloud storage. Only live recordings are accepted — gallery uploads are blocked to ensure report authenticity.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing chigbugeorge7@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Omnividi is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
